APPLYING AND CONTRACT

The sooner you apply, the better. You can apply anytime, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. In case your first preference accommodation is fully booked, we will allocate you another place in another residence.
Of course, you can apply anytime. If no place available within your desired time frame, we will contact you within 24 hours and inform you about alternative booking dates.
You can always write us an e-mail office@housingvienna.com and tell us at which university you study. We will recommend you an accommodation. All e-mails are answered within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays).
We tend to process all our applications within the 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays). In case your first preference accommodation is fully booked, we will allocate you another place in another residence.
In order to apply you need to be a student with a valid certificate of enrollment and younger than 35.
One application is enough. We will contact you within 24 hours.
You can fill out an online application and reserve your accommodation in only 4 easy steps. You can also come to our office during our working hours and apply for accommodation directly there.
We are at your disposal. You can always come to our office during our opening hours and we will help you find an accommodation as quick as possible.
The online application is free of charge and non-binding. Once you accept the pre-reservation are the deposit and the contract fees to be paid.
Offers are not binding. In case you reject it, just email us so we can delete you from our system or in case you do not contact us back your reservation will be automatically deleted together with the reservation deadline.
In case you notify us three months prior to moving in date of the contract, your deposit is given back. Once your contract starts, you are liable to pay the rent for the contract period regardless if you moved in or not. Please note that your rent obligation starts with the first day of your contract. Failure to pay in regular manner may result in termination of the contract.
Of course, Vienna is especially beautiful in the summer months. You can apply online in order to get an offer from us as soon as possible.
No, pet are not allowed in our student apartments. Pets require special amenities that our dormitories do not provide and are not suitable for.

MOVING IN

Come and pick up your key at Housing Vienna office during our opening hours on the first day of your contract period. Moving in is possible on weekdays only. Check our opening hours and plan accordingly.
Our address is Mariahilferstraße 84/4/41, 1070 Wien. We are directly at the U3 Zieglergasse Metro station (exit Andreasgasse), our office is in the 4th floor.
Unfortunately, moving in is not allowed without paying the deposit and first rent.
Moving in is only possible from the first day of your contract period.
We are here to help you. Send a friend or relative to come to the office and pick up the keys for you. We only require an e-mail letting us know beforehand.
Yes, your accommodation is fully furnished. Dishes, internet lan-cable, and bed linen (90X200) r are not provided. A pillow and a duvet are provided.
To ensure high speed internet, every room has its own internet access. You only need to buy a lan-cable, available in any electronics shop.

You must immediately inform Housing Vienna about it. Unfortunately, a 120 Euro fee is to be paid if the key is lost/stolen etc.
Simply contact us by e-mail or phone. We will then send you a new contract. Please note that if you wish to extend your contract, a processing fee of 75 EUR is to be paid.

MOVING OUT

Key return follows in the Housing Vienna office.
You will get your safety deposit back 6-8 weeks after your contract ends. The final cleaning fee is withdrawn from your safety deposit, and you will receive the remaining amount.
