- Your rent is an all-inclusive rent with no extra costs.
- The rent must always be paid by the 1st of the month. Usually, the rent can only be paid with a direct debit authorization from an Austrian/EU bank account. It is also possible for the rent to be withdrawn from a parent or a relative’s bank account. The direct debit authorization form is given to you at our Housing Vienna office.
- The first rent is to be paid when you are handed the key in our office. You can pay the rent by a bank transfer, or you can pay the rent directly in our office.

As agreed to in the contract, moving-out should follow without any damages to the furniture and equipment in the room. If the inventory is damaged, the associated costs will be withdrawn from your safety deposit, and if the latter does not cover it, the outstanding amount will be added to your balance.
You must return the key by 9:30 am to the Housing Vienna office and fill out the Key Delivery confirmation form. The safety deposit will then be returned to you 6-8 weeks after your contract end date.
